Sherk vs Cintron

If Cintron got back to his ways I would say him by KO in the second. Then this would give boxing fans hope that their guys could beat mma fighters in mma. Then it would be Boxing>MMA.

What rules would it be under boxing or MMA? Because I see Sherk's wrestling giving Cintron fits.

I would love to see Anderson Silva vs. Frank Sharock-but highly doubt it will happen.

Cintron already said he would fight sherk in the ufc.

Cintron is actually a legit high school wrestler and had a full ride to ohio st before he blew his knee out, which made him switch to boxing permanently.

Yep and he says he still wrestles when he isn't training for a fight.

Cintron would need warm up fights before fighting Sherk.

Messing around with wrestling in the gym and stopping a shot in MMA are different.

That along with clinch work would really screw over Cintron.

But I like Kermit and I though it was funny as hell that Dana wouldn't offer Cintron the same challenge he did Floyd because Cintron actually could be a great MMA fighter if it was his focus.

Yeah if he got the fight he would work on defending the shit and what would help him greatly is that he is almost 6 ft tall and unlike Diaz he knows how to use his length.

Plus if he lands his right hand with 4 oz gloves, not to many people will just take it.

David Haye would be funny too but he trains/trained judo and trains in bjj now.

Yea I think if he spent a maybe 2 years focused on MMA he could be on of the best fighters in the world but since he isn't going to do that he would get takendown and pounded on. He's not used to the difference between MMA and Boxing stand up and I'm not sure if he would be able to adjust in a short period of time.

I have actually never heard of this guy because I am not into boxing at all but Sherk is a GREAT MMA wrestler so even if this guy wrestled in high school you guys think he would be able to avoid Sherk's takedowns and Gnp???
