well if you weigh 131 pounds then a take a good piss and a solid dump you'll make 130. lol
Seriously though you should be able to sweat off a few pounds pretty easy.
Edit: And if you're cutting weight you should know exactly what you weigh.

Not sure how much time you have but I say...
Slowly start cutting down on carbohydrate and sodium intake
Start Eating More Green Vegetables
Keep your Protein Intake high
give this a try for few weeks and you might not even have to sweat out anything.

Like sp said, it depends on how much time you need to make that weight, but 1-4 pounds is really a simple, simple cut.
Assuming your diet is somewhat like the average high schoolers, if you cut back your sodium that will result in less water weight, and you'll probably be good to go based on that alone.
If you've got like a day left to make weight, throw some sweats (or make some out of garbage bags if you don't have any) on after practice and go for a run around the gym or a ride on the stationary bike and you'll be good in 15-30 minutes, depending on how easily you sweat.
Does anybody else on your team cut weight at all? Because it's one of those things that's easier done with someone else than on your own.

1-4 pounds is a very easy cut, i lose that in one session.
my advice cut down on the carbs, get a good sweat on the day before, lose the weight. have little portions of food on the day of the match eg. fruit, nuts. and you will weigh in just fine.
just dont starve yourself , worst thing you can do.

No trash bags necessary for 1-4 pounds. At all. That's for 10+ pounds, and if you're metabolism isn't ballin awesome.
General tips:
From morning to night, your weight can fluctuate up to 8 pounds (that's the most I've ever seen on myself personally, from 149 to 157)
A normal piss averages around 0.8-1.2 pounds
Poops around 0.5-0.8 pounds
I lose about 1-2 pounds in my sleep, sometimes a bit more
Seems obvious, but I never realized when I first started cutting weight, but water weighs WAY MORE than food
Eating things like celery and grapefruit gain you almost 0 net calories
Depending on how hydrated you are, you can easily lose 3 up to 6 pounds in a several hour practice session, especially if you wear sweats and a hoody
Never eat big meals, always more small meals. Keeps your metabolism high
I don't recommend doing things like sitting in a sauna/hot tub/epson salt bath - they drain your energy pretty hard
I'll add more later if I can think of any.
