More food for the keyboard strokers and trollers out there, myself included.

OK, after tramping around some of the MMA forums, I noticed a trend. Everyone seem to think I hate Team U.K.'s coach, Michael Bisbing, the U.K. and the guys on the team.

This is untrue. I don't wish the guy harm or anything like that. But is Bisping invited to Christmas at my house? Probably not.

All the Team U.K. guys were pretty cool – minus one, Jason Pierce, who happens to be a U.K. Light guy.

Did Bisping get on my damn nerves? Of course he did. If you had someone chirping in your ear about how his boys are better than you, yes, it gets old. To quote Bisping (earmuffs kiddies), "They are going to kick your f---ing asses." If you want to talk trash, expect it back. I'm just that type of person.

The little snide comments went back and forth throughout the whole season. At one point, Bisping talked about being "inside" my girlfriend. And I'm the classless one? Fine. I'll be that.

Call it pride, psychological warfare, being tactical – whatever. Then couple that up with the brand new baby niece (whom I'm like the father to now) and missing my son (much how Bisping did way back in season three when he was on Tito Ortiz's team). Yes, I was in just a fantastic mood to be told that I'm going get my ass kicked.

Anyone who has spent more than 20 minutes with me knows that I didn't go on "The Ultimate Fighter" to be famous. More than anything, I love to fight. I also like to have fun. I don't want to fight in the UFC to be famous. In fact I wasn't going to try out for the show till I was talked into it by Monte Cox. I felt that way especially after all the piss and baby-batter eating that took place last season.

I couldn't help but think, "Yes!! Sign me up for that!!" (Please note the sarcasm.)

Being stuck in a house full of tough guys and attention whores and while voiding myself of family, friends and all the real things that I care about? I assure you: I wasn't sold on the idea of the house.

Episode 5

As the fifth episode gets underway, Jason Dent is growing more and more uncomfortable in the house, and he lies low in his room and really doesn't care for his teammates Cameron Dollar, Frank Lester or me. I think this is just more due to him not being a social person. Our outgoing personalities make it easier for you to hate us right off the bat than it does to like us.

Eh, what do you do?

Cam and Dent got into a little tizzy after a track workout. Now, what you saw on TV wasn't how it really happened, and Dent isn't the victim of us wiggity wack hiphop West Coast kids picking on him. As we talk about the other team, you see Mark Miller snap at Cameron. But what wasn't seen is Dent pushing Cameron in the back into Mark as he tries to start a fight, which Cameron ignored. Then when they are in the car, Dent slaps Cam in the face with his jacket. That's when Cam calls him a blankity blank blank. But we're the ones seen as classless a-holes, I guess. Then Dent and I get into a little back-and-forth match.

Anyway, Pierce has apparently found his new hetero lifemate in Dave Faulkner, which is interesting considering Dan Henderson matches them up to fight. I still don't understand the whole dynamic of Pierce. The guy fights Steve Berger to get into the house, who is very accomplished, talented and respected fighter. He's witness to Dana White making Mark and his friend and training partner from home, Kevin Knabjian, right at the beginning of the show. But he becomes best friends with Faulkner anyway? A Team U.K. guy who's in the same weight class on a TV show in which we all fight each other after only three days?

Must've been a hell of connection between those two.

How can you waste your opportunity to be on the show and question if you're truly a fighter just because you met a guy with whom you share similar interests? He should have given the chance to someone who wanted to do something with it.

We had two fights shown in this past episode. Team U.S. lightweight Santino DeFranco was picked to fight Team U.K.'s Andre Winner, which was a good fight. We had heard Andre's stand-up and clinch work was extremely nice. This fight was a classic case of someone just losing the fight before he ever entered the cage. Santino is capable of a lot more than what he displayed in that fight. However, it just wasn't his day, and Santino lost via TKO.

The other fight from episode five pitted Team U.K. welterweight Dean Amasinger vs. me. It was a pretty good fight. He landed a good leg kick. We scrambled a little bit, then while I was throwing a one-two combo, he shot underneath and got the takedown. From there I just figured I would work my submission game until I could get a chance to get back to my feet. I saw the opportunity to attempt an armbar and then switched to the triangle choke and ended up finishing it right there.

Next stop is the semifinals. Dean Amasinger b Stay turned for more bickering, complaining, smacktalk and great fights.

So far this guy is my least favourite person on that show. He looks so uncomfortable in front of the camera, but is trying so hard to compensate.

Cameron Dollar. Yeah, he's right up there. He reminds me of this one guido/douchbag that went to my HS, that indeed never did get "like 60-70 girls, and I don't even remember names bruh"

I haven't even watched this series TBH. I think TUF's run its course really, they either need to change it up or scrap it IMO.

I had heard from some people I consider to be in the know that the fights this season were actually pretty good, so that's the only reason I'm watching. So far, they've been pretty good.

I really like the two fights per episode thing as well, less time for all the bullshit that goes on in the house.

Other than the fights, I take nothing at face value that happens on the show.
