So I know its best to drink your protein shake right after your workout but what I am wondering is what to do if I do cardio?

Recently I started running for about 25-30 minutes immediately after my lifting program? Since the protein shake is so my body has something to start rebuilding after lifting, is it best to drink it pre-cardio and right after lifting? Or is it ok to wait until I am completely done at the gym?

i would say when your completely done , it would make me feel sick trying to do cardio with a shake inside me.

Yeah I hadn't considered that. I never feel sick after shake but that's b/c I go home for dinner after workout. I am sure it would be a different story if I was running right after drinking it. Thanks Thai

After. Cardio is better done on either an empty stomach or take some BCAA's on an empty stomach beforehand.

Afterwards a small amount of carbs and your protein
