Team Quest is a mixed martial arts training camp with three facilities located in Gresham, Oregon, Tualatin, Oregon, and in Murrieta, California. The Oregon facility is headed by Team Quest President and head coachs, Robert Follis, and Scott McQuary. Notable fighters that train at the Oregon facility are Matt "The Law" Lindland, Ed Herman, Aaron Stark, Matt Horwich, Chris Wilson, Devin Cole, Ryan Schultz, Enoch Wilson,and Chael Sonnen.
The California facility hosts fellow teammates, former PRIDE welterweight champion Dan Henderson, Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou, Jason "Mayhem" Miller, and Gabe Ruediger. The majority of fighters at Team Quest come from a background in wrestling.
Although Team Quest has remained a tightly-knit group of fighters, some high-profile fighters have ended their association with the gym, most notably former UFC heavyweight and former light heavyweight champion Randy Couture, and former UFC middleweight champion Evan Tanner, as well as The Ultimate Fighter contestants Nate Quarry and Chris Leben.
