ShootBoxing is having their Champions Carnival in Korakuen Hall now. It is a very interesting card, and lots of good fighters on it.

Mamoru has had his 3rd ShootBoxing fight, and the Shooto ledgend has now put himself in title contention by defeating the #1 ranked Nagurachun M16.

We also have new West Pacific Welterweight and Super-Welterweight champions!

*UPDATE*
The Super-Featherweight title fight was fought as a non-title fight due to the challenger Hiroaki Suzuki coming in over weight. Thanks to Pete for notifying me!

Great stuff from the man with the fro.

Tyler Toner beating Kenichi Ogata is huge, Ogata beat Andy Souwer in the 2006 S-Cup final and got to the final last year losing to Souwer. So yeah, big win, looking forward to seeing it.

Shishido is always fun too.
