Monday: 1 hr. 20 min. TKD conditioning (running laps, pushups/situps/squat thrusts/ mountain climbers, pad work, jump rope, etc. in intervals)
Tuesday: 3.2 mile run. interrupted by having to pick up child from school. I was way more annoyed by this than is rational.
Wednesday: 4.5 mile run. avg. pace about 9:40. This is a good pace for me but of course I want to run faster and farther. My short-term goal is a 25-mile week at the same pace, my long-term goal is a 30 + mile week and being able to run more than 1 9-minute mile at a time.

There wasn't an edit function so I'm going day by day at the moment.
thur: 3.5 mile run, point sparring.

Friday is usually my rest day, also I'm taking antibiotics that make me feel like I'm about to hurl any time, all the time.

Yes it's me!
Sat: ran 3 miles, 25 min. on bike. can't wait till i'm off this antibiotic and can run better.
