Lotus "The Botanist" had time to catch up with the no. 2 ranked fighter in the world, Meshuggeth and ask him a few questions for PRIDEMMA.com
Lotus: What do you think of your opponent wafb?
Meshuggeth: I don't think much of him. Yet another fighter who talks way too much. I will hand his ass to him, on a silver platter.
Lotus: Like you did to me?
Meshuggeth: Well, I don't think anything will ever live up to the beatdown I laid upon you.
Lotus: Oh, well there have been a lot of rumors that you and Jawsh not only train together but are romantically linked? Is there any truth to those rumors?
Meshuggeth: None whatsoever. Jawsh is a wishful thinker that likens fantasy to reality.
Lotus: Good to have that cleared up. How is your training going?
Meshuggeth: I'm always in shape Lotus, because I train all year. Tomorrow I will be heading to a new training camp I'm opening up with Fedor, CroCop, Genki Sudo and Rory Markham just outside of Tucson. We will bring in some of our best trainers from all over the country (and world).
Lotus: Wow sounds like a great bunch of fighters.
Meshuggeth: Certainly, flora.
Lotus: Any specific training or tactics you will use for your bout with wafblow?
Meshuggeth: I always look at a bit of tape and see what a fighter does and doesn't do. I will exploit his weakness.
Lotus: What would that be?
Meshuggeth: That he doesn't fight well.
Lotus: Ah, well thank you for talking to me (and humbling me at UFC 99).
Meshuggeth: No problem, I was glad to teach you a lesson.
