Ok I've been doing my research on K-1 watching fights. But I'm at the point where I'm not sure who to check out next.
I've seen almost all the K-1 MAX guys. Souwer, Kyshenko, Masato, Buakaw, Petrosyan, Faldir, Chahid, Nieky, Lima, Sato, Kido.
But I haven't seen much K-1. I checked out everything I could find on Spong and loved it, I saw some Saki, Manhoef, Ruslan, Errol, JLB, Remy, Schlit, Aerts but not a ton so who do you guys suggest i see.

2 more not so much k1 a bit before that but ramon dekkers and rob kaman two amazing fighters both legends especially dekkers could watch him fight all day.
Just watch a WHOLE bunch of Remy and Badr and you will soon realize why K-1 freakin rules just as I did
If you want some up and coming HW's check out Thomas Hron, Brian Douwes, Anderson ''Braddock'' Silva, Benjey Zimmerman, Hesdy Gerges, Rico Verhoeven, this guy is at the Yokohama event seems decent Singh Heart Jaideep.
Some current guys, Glaube Feitosa, Alexey Ignashov (earlier stuff especially the Schilt fight), Zabit Samedov (he's better than the Spong fight showed), Ewerton Teixeira, Chalid "Die Faust"
Oh another MAX guy to check out is William Diender, good fighter that usually has fun fights. He's that guy that I like even though the odds of him winning the MAX title are pretty low.
Probably forgetting some guys
Oh yeah, really watch some Andy Hug fights to see some crazy kicks thrown. His fight with CC is great because they trade axe kicks at one point.

I'm gonna list some more older fighters:
I suggest Hug if you haven't seen much of his fights.
Mike Bernardo. Dude fought literally everyone in K-1 atleast twice, and has some really big wins.
Rey Sefo. Before he became punch drunk, he was whoopin ass all around, and was sort of the first Mark Hunt. PS: Watch his fight with Hunt.
Not sure if you've seen alot of CC's k-1 fights, but do so now.
Branko Cikatic. 1st GP champ, and hit like a truck.
Keijiro Maeda, he's fighting this weekend, he's definitely nothing special at all, but for some reason I enjoy watching him fight.
HIROYA~! probably the biggest prospect in MAX, ever.
Glaube Feitosa. Very fun fighter to watch back in the day.
Fransisco Filho. Exactly the same as Feitosa, but a PINCH more boring.
Ernesto Hoost. Didn't see you list him there, but this is a no brainer.
Same goes with Aerts and Le Banner.
