I'm a big Tyson Griffin fan. I feel he really showed against Sherk that he's going to be a top fighter for years to come.
TY vs Dos Anjos IMO could be very similar to Tyson vs Tibau or Tyson could turn it into a FOTN type fight.

im really hoping tyson get a tko or ko in this fight , because the guy puts on exciting fights and all of his ufc bouts have gone to a descion would be nice to see a tko or ko on his ufc record.

I could see that happening. He's a much improved striker he has nasty leg kicks, and really good hands.
Tyson will probably dominate Dos Anjos.

He finished his first fight by RNC. I think he will finish this one hopefully he is due for one.

Griffin is the Brazilian killer.
Yeah I really like Tyson and was SO hoping he would beat Sherk but he has time on his side and can keep improving. I think we will get to see a finish in this fight.

It'll be interesting to see if Tyson will actually be able to finish the fight in the UFC again, he hasn't since his debut against David Lee lol. I'm banking on him taking a unanimous decision, personally.

I've been high on Tyson since he beat Faber back in the day and then heard he was making his UFC debut.
It's nice to see a talented young guy like him progress the way he has. I'm not really concerned with him not finishing fights, because he has an incredible gas tank and always is fun to watch, so it's not like people are going to get sick of watching him. Plus he came into the UFC as mainly a wrestler/grappler, and has since been developing his striking which will allow him to finish more fights, which has been an issue since LW is such a strong grappling division.

No kidding, Tyson has encountered top competition on a more consistent basis than anyone else at LW, big ups to him for that.

Yea no one at all has faced the level of guys at LW Tyson has.
Sherk, Edgar, Tibau, Taveras(when he was undefeated), Guida, and Aurelio.
In 6 straight fights I mean that's insane.

Thats a crazy run of fights. I like Tyson, he always brings it to the fight. He'll be too much for Dos Anjos me thinks.
Is this fight on the main card yet or is it still on the prelim?

Sweet. Scandalous that it wasn't on the main card from the start.

i agree to put a guy like tyson on an undercard is bull , based on all of his fights in the ufc thus far the guy must be a shoe in for the telvised card because he will always bring an exciting fight win or lose.

I would love to see an Edgar/Griffin re-match some time this year.

I can see Griffin-Edgar towards the end of the year to see who is next in line after Sherk or Maynard (which should probably be the next #1 contender's match).
I think Tyson would take that fight this time around, he lost the last one because his striking wasn't crisp enough, and Frankie was able to capitalize on it and get a bunch of takedowns. It'll be another fantastic fight though.

Yeah, I could definitely see that fight taking place toward the end of the year as well, mainly because Griffin and Edgar are pretty much in the same position within the LW division. Maynard/Sherk for #1 contender status makes a lot of sense too, for the very same reason.

Yeah, I think Tyson has developed more as a fighter since their first meeting. I think it would be another decision, except it would be a split in Tyson's favor. Definitely a fight that should happen again. :D

Tyson should be able to deal with Dos Anjos pretty easily IMO. It is not the hardest competition he has faced.
