At the weigh-ins, Dana jumped in between Junie and Cole when Cole got in Junie's face.

What's that all about?

Haha. I guess Dana doesnt trust Junie to be able to keep his cool.

Yea Ricardo looks in insane shape that loss to Cote might have been the perfect thing for him.

After the injury I kinda wrote off Ricardo a bit because I thought he would refocus on teaching but he's done the opposite. He seems so focused on fighting even bringing in Renzo to run his training camp.

I'll wait till after the fight but I could see Ricardo making a run if his cardio matches the new body he's got.

Larson and Catone look pretty dehydrated they were the same size as their opponents it won't look like that tommorow.

My thoughts exactly. I wouldn't trust him at all especially after seeing what he did on the show

Dana didn't want to see his ratings golden child get smashed on stage at the weigh-ins. He's going to wait until tomorrow for us to see that.

I'm definatly hoping we'll get to see the Almedia fight and Im hoping it goes into the later rounds to see what kind of shape he is really in, I worry if he is in that good of shape and that motivated though that Horwhich may find himself completly outclassed and tapping fast.

Stupid Junie was looking around for a glass to throw at Cole, thats why.

I really hope we see some quick finishes so they can show some undercard fights

Horwich's style fairs better against brawlers IMO.

I think Almeida is going to make him tap fairly early.

Yea Horwich has a bad track record with great BJJ guys. Miller had some issues with him but that was more his clear inexperience with rubber guard and Miller still won the decision.

Almeida is still a much better level then Miller is he's going to win this but yea him going deep into this fight would be good to show if he's going to get back in the MW title pic.

Kapamann looked fantastic, i usually dont like to make predictions before weigh ins ( i always do though) and im glad i stuck with Kapamann, obviously body shape isn't everything but it just showed how prepared he has come. He looks muchbetter now then at 185
