naw man you have pretty good numbers i am impressed. i just dont have the time to spend hours in the gym, so my log will be like 4 or 5 exercises, and prob the weight wont increase a whole lot over the year. cant wait to be done school and have more free time. when i was working in the summer and lifting i made much better progress, cuz after 4 pm i didnt have to think about work lol and could do whatever i wanted.
ahhh i want to, but ive been so fucking busy lately. i think i mentioned im in this accelerated masters program, so its really busy, they really have to cram as much as they can into the one year. so my workouts arent nearly as long or impressive as yours or SP's. you guys will think im lazy :P
going well man, thanks for asking! i am sticking with the rep scheme you suggested (10,8,6,10) and i split my workout into chest/tris on monday, back/bis on weds and legs/shoulders on friday. i havent done a split like that in maybe 4 months, been doing a FB workout each time, so it should be interesting.
did chest tris on monday, i am sore as hell. doing back and bis today, ill let ya know how its goes.
