not really before the surgery my surgeon said id have a 90% chance everythign would go well and i wouldnt have to worry about shit like maybe rolling over in my sleep and dislocating it and shit liek that after the surgery he gave me a 40% and then told me how he fund that im missing pieces lmao so yeah im pretty much well and fucked
first time i injured it it was in boxing then i was wrestling with my brother cause we were pissed at each other and he upkicked my in the armpit (that was the other shoulder) thennnnn it hapened about ohhhhh 8 or 9 or 10 more times i lsot count to be honest surgeon told me i may have been born with a partial bone somewhere in both shoulders i dont fuckin kno
my back isnt so bad i get pain there from time to time but its my shoulders that are fucked i have constant pain in my left shoulder 24/7 high or not i just try to alleviate it the best i can and not fuck around
