Good work on getting this one done Jamie.

Keep reading for Denis' thoughts on many issues, including his toughest opponent, his fondest memories, and what the future holds for the former PRIDE GP finalist.

Awesome we were able to get that because Denis is a really good fighter and I have been a fan for a long time. Short answers but thats pretty much to be expected when you get a big name dude like Kang.

JH: What's your fondest memory from fighting in PRIDE, and how did it feel fighting there?

DK: One of the coolest things, and I think most PRIDE fighters would agree with me, was the pre fight ceremony. They would line us up backstage and would introduce us to the crowd, to the sound of the Pride anthem and Lenne Hardt. Right then you could feel the energy in the air. Everyone was getting ready to get called out, a little nervous, a little excited, the music was just blaring on the badass sound system. We would each walk out one by one with the crowd cheering us on. This was a nice boost to the morale, and it would almost give you a little extra incentive to fight harder.

mmmm that made me all warm on the inside.

You can really tell that the old PRIDE guys really have a soft spot in their heart for the organization. When they talk about it, it kind of sounds like a little kid going on about their favorite toy or something. It's very cool, and pretty much universal.
