I just don't buy into how a system can turn an average to below average role player into a guy who's putting up superstar stats in the way Lin is doing them, at least not at this level (NBA).
I think a good system can turn an average guy into a good player, or a really good player into a superstar, but the gap of below average to average guy into looking like an all-star is a bit too much. As i've been saying i do believe Lins numbers will go down a bit as he'd counted on to do less with Melo coming back and Baron coming back. And won't be putting up these 25 and 12 numbers, however i think he'll still be a good young player who has the potential to be really good. If you want to look for a guy who's been able to play past his potential because of the style look at a guy like Novak. Who's been able to do what he does best and thats launch threes when Lin drives draws the defender and kicks. Edit: And you'd be happy to know that Walt Frazier gave Tony Parker props during the Knicks/ Nts game on him being on the best and most underrated PG's in the league. And Yeah i agree Miami and Chicago are tough mathups but Orlando is kind of a mess, I mean Howard wants to play in New Jersey. haha Sixers have a great D, and are balanced, so i think they'll be tougher than Orlando will be. And Boston scares me in the playoffs because of their veterans and the Knicks can't buy a call vs them.

Yep, because one game which was a back to back. Which involved going from New York to Miami and playing one of, if not the best team currently in basketball that had a day off to rest and prepate and having a poor showing. Disproves everything he's done up to this point. lol The Heat focused their entire D on him which involved having a man guard him from end to end. And that man getting constant help in the half court set. And doubles and traps always coming with pick and rolls. and yet at times Lin was still getting to the basket and or finding ways to get open shots. However he just couldn't buy a bucket with most being on line, but coming up short. Which leads me to believe he didn't have his legs under him. Much like the second half vs the wolves where he was getting to the basket, but short poorly because of fatigue (because of a busy schedule). And then after a day or two of rest he came back and lit it up for something like 27 and 11 in his next game. He's essentially a rookie being forced to lead a team create a majority of the teams offense all while playing in a shortened NBA season with a crazy schedule. I think most knew he'd have his struggles. And for someone who's been screaming that 8+ games doesn't make a good player it's a bit ridiculous to assume that one game would have any real meaning either.

It shows that team(s) have adjusted and figured him out like I said they would. Athletic and physical defenses will have his number. He also pretty much quit
Shit Chalmers was killing him

I mean even Charles Barkley (one of the knicks biggest haters) was willing to give Lin a bit of a pass tonight. lol

lol at mls using a game against the Miami fucking Heat to prove his point...
wow, a top 3 (if not the best) team in the NBA can shut down a sophomore PG who's never played meaningful minutes until 2 weeks ago. He must be bad.

Oh yeah I'm totally racist just because I don't like a player that is a different race then me, I don't like Tim Tebow who is the same race as me what am I now?
On a funny note I was watching a show the other day & someone asked how can they be racist when they watch basketball Quote:
Also I'm not pissed at Lin, I'm pissed at the networks, there's other teams(not just my 76ers) & players that deserve air time instead of 3/4ths of the show being about Jeremy Lin Quote:
Quote:
Also VP stop making excuses about his turnovers there are other players that have the ball in there hands all the time & don't turn it over nearly as much as him, you act like he's the only one that has the ball in his hand all the time & that's the reason for his turnovers when the reality is he is just turrible at taking care of the ball |

Kenny is racist against white people, too. Even worse, IMO.
