Okay, it seems like every event, we are bitching about a particular thing Rogan said or did during the event.

Let's use this thread to organize and reference Joe Rogan's stoned / drunk / biased commentary.

Some of my favorite Rogan moments of UFC 144:

Bader gets slammed and lands so brutally that it reminds me of Fedor / Randleman. After the back of Bader's head touches his left shoulder blade in a way that would paralyze normal men, Joe Rogan goes on for 15 minutes about Bader's arm during the landing (which admittedly was a little awkward, but nothing compared to the irreversible damage done to Bader's skull and spine).

Joe Rogan tries to bro it up with Hunt, screaming about how awesome the KO was for 5 minutes. Hunt responds "Yeah. It was good."
Rogan stands there in awkward silence.

Rogan goes on for 25 minutes about Henderson being too big and too strong for Edgar... As Edgar ragdolls Henderson over and over again.

Rogan went on probably the entire night about how Bendo cuts so much weight (during a long period mind you), but during the post fight Bendo's like "I only cut like 2lbs"

I remember thinking he didnt want to answer it because didnt want people to say he only won because of his size

in all honesty i think that , and i might get flamed for this lol , Goldberg is actually improving and rogan is declining. Goldberg in the last couple of events havent been such a schill. hes said when he thinks a fighter is loosing and actually makes some good remarks ( still a long way to go tho ) . Rogan's bias towards certain fighters didnt become a topic when rampage mentioned it. Its been going on for quite some time.

Also, after listening to a couple of his podcasts i sort of shrug at his voice now. Damn that show is filled with " watch one episode of science show on discovery - knows everything about science " guys.

Yeah Benson never specified his cut. He just said something like enough and that it was a hard cut and he wanted his opponent to go through the same pain that the cut puts him through.

And i think the whole "ragdolling" is being a bit too generous. Edgar was very compact and his feet rarely left the ground so obviously when Bendo came flying in at him off balance he ended up on his backside a few times. I would hardly call it ragdolling though.
Rogan missing several strikes that were landed because he was too busy talking about the crowd or a shot that was landed earlier was a bit annoying.

Norway's a tiny bit right about Goldie, he's toned his shilling down by a 10th of a degree, and yeah Rogan's annoying, but dude really knows his shit about the ground game, and I find its almost pivotal while watching a jits match.

Anytime somebody in the arena has come within a square km of Duke Rufous they feel the need to gargle his balls for 45 mins, and it makes me cringe.

He did. When Rogan asked how much he cut he said something like "too much" and Rogan asked well "how much is too much" and Bendo said "well 2 pounds is too much, so too much". Something along those lines. But anyways, Bendo cuts a ton of weight and usually is barely making 156.
