They have been the best team in the playoffs, but they still need to win 8 games. That is a lot of hockey. I am cheering for them (richards and doughty are two of my favorite players), but there are too many good teams with really good goaltending for them to be at 2/1 odds to win the cup.

Yea, I know. There's still 2 rounds left and it'll be against some serious competition. The hype around my town is overwhelming though so it's hard not to be excited for the Kings.

I hear that. Nothing is more annoying than those analysts that jump on whatever wagon is the warmest and start clamoring about it until the next season.
In the Pens/Flyers series this year when Crosby was credited with that goal that deflected off his pants. They acted like he did that on purpose.

Props to the devils though. They have been devastating on the forcheck lately and completely nullified philly this series. That's why the flyers lost, not because of bryzy. And it is mostly behind Parise. The guy is on that short list right now for conn smythe.
