So I figure I'll start a log here for some extra motivation and/or advice. Enjoy!

Age 21
Weight ~165-170
Goals Get stronger, increase all my lifts, do more cardio, stay consistent

Deadlift Max 403
Squat Max 282
Bench Max 210.5
Front Squat Max 238

Ya, my bench sucks. That was actually my first time doing bench in over 2 months though, so surprisingly I haven't lost too much strength. My previous best was 172x9, and 183x5, both paused. Meh.

So I hit a bench PR today, lol, pretty random. I think the weight gain helped, plus I had a work out partner today and just felt motivated. It's strange that I've only benched 2x in the last 3 months yet I didn't lose my strength. I'm going to start working out more and watching my diet... I wanna keep this added weight but lean it out.

Somewhere in between. It really wasn't that hard TBH. 205 went up super fast and easy, which is why I even attempted 210. I'm telling you, the best way to add #'s to your bench is to gain weight.

In fact I can't bench thirty pounds over my BW. Fail.
