So I figure I'll start a log here for some extra motivation and/or advice. Enjoy!

Deadlift +doh grip 128x5 194x5 238x3 282x3 +over/under 326x2 +belt 348x1 meh Pause Bench Barx10 84x5 128x5 150x3 172x2 194x1 205x1 210.5x1 PR +5.5 2-Board 205x1 no hand off.. was tired 194x3 194x3 Abs BWx3x15 - decline sits Weight: 175.5 pounds... fatty So I hit a bench PR today, lol, pretty random. I think the weight gain helped, plus I had a work out partner today and just felt motivated. It's strange that I've only benched 2x in the last 3 months yet I didn't lose my strength. I'm going to start working out more and watching my diet... I wanna keep this added weight but lean it out. ---------- Post added at 05:33 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:31 PM ---------- I also got the 210.5 on video, unlike TN I video tape my PR attempts.
