The idea of resting makes me hateful. I'm making my mum drop me off at the gym tomorrow so I can do some weights and maybe have a row.

A lifetime of being ginger toughens you up.

I've never broken anything, which is quite surprising given the amount of stupid stuff I do.

You should say you did it at work and get a bit of compo.

Breaking a bone actually isn't that bad. A sprain is much worse since you're doing damage to the tendons and ligaments, generally.

But still a week on a broken foot without knowing is a pretty long time.

Don't get me wrong, it hurt quite a bit, that's why I went to the hospital. I just have a pretty laissez faire attitude regarding injuries. Because I'm an idiot.
